If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- a replacement product
- store credit
- partial refund
- or a full refund
To reduce unnecessary waste and shipping emissions, returns are generally not required.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:
- your item arrives damaged
- you receive the wrong item
- your order is defective
Where applicable, we may request photos to help assess the issue and organise the best resolution.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.
While physical returns are generally not required, our team will work with you to find the most suitable resolution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once issued.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
